We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as a Guest Experience Coordinator.

  • Manage reservations and guest accounts accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of precision and attention to detail.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, consistently delivering outstanding service experiences that exceed guest expectations.
  • Showcase ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, backed by strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.
  • Show evidence of previous experience in hotel front desk operations or a similar role, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, displaying a commitment to providing 24/7 support.
