About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to oversee multiple luxury residential apartment projects.

  • Key responsibilities include establishing strategies for successful project delivery, achieving cost-efficient outcomes under the direction of senior leadership, and preparing project feasibility studies, budgets, forecasts, and cashflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered, you must have extensive experience as a Development Manager or Senior Development Manager with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction, or Equivalent
  • Proficiency in Excel (Estate Master is a plus)
  • Residential apartments development experience
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising and managing stakeholders
