Job Title: Service Line Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Line Manager to join our team at FLSmidth Pty. Ltd. in a key role that will drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:

The Service Line Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the regional Service Line strategy, working closely with sales and technical teams to identify business opportunities and generate leads. This role will also involve fostering client relationships, managing customer support, and participating in customer seminars and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the regional Service Line strategy to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Manage customer relationships and identify business opportunities
  • Coordinate sales and technical teams to ensure effective go-to-market efforts
  • Implement global Service Group strategy in the designated market
  • Submit regular sales and product reports and ensure integrity within the company's CRM, ERP, and other related systems
  • Own all technical aspects of the service line towards sales colleagues and clients
Requirements:
  • Good experience in the relevant product line, service line, or process equipment
  • Good product and competitor knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniques
  • Ability to understand the economic drivers of the mine and provide support to optimize value generation
  • Skilled in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders, from customers to organization leaders
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken, along with strong reporting and presentation abilities
  • Able to travel up to 75%, domestic and international travel
