About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales division's strategic objectives. We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate closely with our Sales teams to develop high-quality proposals that showcase our expertise and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Coordination: Manage the bid process, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple locations.
  • Bid Writing: Oversee the quality of proposal content, writing engaging responses, reviewing and editing content from team members, and crafting a compelling response document.
  • Bid Production: Supervise the production of the response document, format, styles, graphics, and guarantee a high-quality, professional response document.
  • Governance: Ensure adherence to governance processes and facilitate efficient progression through the process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in coordinating proposals, managing tender processes, and producing high-quality proposals.
  • Strong writing skills, with expertise in creating engaging content, preferably for business proposals.
  • Experience within the IT sector.
  • Established relationships with internal stakeholders.
