Senior Proposal Developer

We are seeking a highly organised and creative individual to join our team as a Proposal Coordinator. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
Collaborating closely with leaders and technical experts, you will create standout, client-focused proposals using Adobe InDesign , all while maintaining high standards and brand consistency.
- You will work with leaders to coordinate proposal submissions, prioritising tasks and managing deadlines.
- Oversee and participate in the end-to-end proposal coordination process; work across multiple projects within the studio and organisation, demonstrating expertise in managing complex multidisciplinary projects to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and tailor content.
- Design professional, visually engaging documents using Adobe InDesign .
- Review and refine submissions to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
This role offers exposure to exciting projects and the chance to work closely with senior leaders, paving the way for career development opportunities in areas such as business development, strategy, and communications.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in proposal coordination, ideally in architecture, design, or a related field. Advanced Adobe InDesign skills, experience with other design tools is a plus.
