Business Proposal Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and delivery of business proposals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the proposal lead and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the proposal lead in the preparation and submission of business proposals.
  • Ensure that all proposal materials are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral and capability statements.
  • Perform general administration tasks such as record-keeping and filing.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years' experience in a related field or equivalent level of education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.
