Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Bid and Tender Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing winning bids and tenders, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive bid and tender strategies that showcase our organisation's capabilities and strengths.
  • Craft compelling proposals that cater to client needs and requirements, leveraging our expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay abreast of market trends and developments, ensuring our bids remain competitive and effective.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication throughout the bid and tender process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Bid or Tender Management role, preferably within the non-profit or social services sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise proposals.
  • Proven track record of developing winning bids and tenders, coupled with a keen eye for detail and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation.
