Bid Coordinator

The role of Bid Coordinator is a pivotal position within our organization, accountable for overseeing the entire bid lifecycle and crafting high-quality bid and tender responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the full bid process from inception to completion
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to gather essential information for tender submissions
  • Closely working with subject matter experts to develop accurate and impactful content
  • Ensuring all proposals and tenders adhere to company policies, branding, and industry regulations
  • Conducting thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissions
  • Providing support in maintaining data and bid information libraries
  • Reviewing and updating CV's, Case Studies, and Capability Statements

About You:

  • Prior experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator
  • Prior experience working in the construction/building industry, or similar desirable
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail – document formatting, editing, copywriting, and proof-reading
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong team player with the ability to multitask
  • Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes
