Management Accountant Role

This is a business partnering position providing financial support to operational areas, contributing to process and system improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare month-end financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Analyze inventory reports and liaise with Operations to investigate discrepancies during month-end close.
  • Report operational KPIs accurately.
  • Ensure revenue and costs integrity through ledger analysis and accruals.
  • Maintain SOX compliance.
  • Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts as assigned.
  • Partner with Business Units: Providing Financial Insights and Support.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting EBITDA for operations.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with operational managers on financial matters.
  • Support the mobilization of new operational projects.
  • Professional Standards: Adhere to financial policies and ensure ethical standards.
Candidate Profile
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Certifications: CA/CPA qualified.
  • Work Experience: At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion systems.
  • AI Knowledge: Knowledge of AI tools like Copilot is a plus.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Abilities: Ability to interpret contract terms and work independently.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
