Reporting to the Finance Manager, Integrated Services, this role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring KPIs for operational divisions, and conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for operations.This is a business partnering position providing financial support to operational areas, contributing to process and system improvements. It is based in Perth with a hybrid work arrangement.Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare month-end financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Analyze inventory reports and liaise with Operations to investigate discrepancies during month-end close.
  • Report operational KPIs accurately.
  • Ensure revenue and costs integrity through ledger analysis and accruals.
  • Maintain SOX compliance.
  • Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts as assigned.
  • Partner with business units providing financial insights and support.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting EBITDA for operations.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with operational managers on financial matters.
  • Support the mobilization of new operational projects.
  • Adhere to financial policies and ensure ethical standards.
Candidate Profile
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion systems.
  • Knowledge of AI tools like Copilot is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret contract terms and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
