This role involves working closely with stakeholders across various activities, providing critical analysis to inform financial decisions and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Support business operations through routine and non-routine financial analysis, underpinning key recommendations and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present management reports, including analysis and commentary on monthly financial performance against budget and forecast for internal and JV stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the annual enterprise plan and quarterly forecasting processes, providing analysis to support internal and JV approvals as appropriate.
  • Serve as a focal point for cost-saving initiatives aligned with Finance roles within the VIP/Performance Edge process.
  • Assist with business requirements, reviewing proposals and AFEs, and provide accounting guidance to the business.
  • Develop and implement financial business process improvements in collaboration with other Finance Teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Commitment to and alignment with company values.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Understanding of costing processes, residuals, recoveries, and rates impacting the business.
  • Strong financial and commercial analytical skills.
