Finance Business Partner Role

The Finance Business Partner is a key member of the team, responsible for providing strategic financial guidance to support business decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business growth.
  • Provide detailed variance analysis and commentary to stakeholders to enhance transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and policies to maintain organisational integrity.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA or CPA qualification (or working towards).
