We're seeking a skilled Transformative Climate Strategy Specialist to join our Climate & Nature team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in climate resilience, physical risk, and/or nature-related strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead consulting projects focused on climate resilience and nature-related strategy
  • Act as a subject matter expert on physical climate risk – advising clients and guiding direction
  • Contribute to the development of our climate risk platform
  • Translate complex climate science into actionable advice for clients
Requirements:Must-have:
  • 3-5 years' experience in climate risk, climate resilience, adaptation, or nature-related strategy
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects involving physical climate risk assessments
  • Strong understanding of climate modeling assumptions and limitations
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
Nice-to-have:
  • Familiarity with disclosure frameworks
  • Interest in emerging climate risk quantification methodologies
  • Knowledge of the climate-nature interface
