As a Climate Resilience Consultant, you will focus on providing services and support in Climate Risk, Adaptation, and Resilience. You will be responsible for assisting with a variety of climate risk and resilience projects across infrastructure, property, and planning.
**The Opportunity**
- To provide support and input into a range of projects related to climate change adaptation (CCA), resilience, and disaster risk reduction (DRR).
- To support preparation of technical input into projects, drafting sections of proposals, and proposing creative approaches to project needs.
- To support business development activities in climate and resilience.

**Is this role right for you?**
- Undergraduate or Master's degree in Geography, Climate Change, Environmental Management/Science/Engineering, Economics, Finance, or another relevant field.
- Knowledge of climate science, climate system, climate models and climate change adaptation studies.
- Knowledge and 2-3 years' experience providing assistance in relevant areas, such as climate change adaptation (CCA), disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate finance, urban resilience, ideally in Australia and/or Asia.
- Interest in both the social and physical aspects of climate change risk and vulnerability.
- Interest and awareness of recent and emerging international research on climate change resilience.
- Hands-on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) experience, including integrating GIS approaches into climate and disaster risk assessments preferred.
