Project Lead for Climate Resilience

This role involves leading and delivering climate-related projects that support organisations in disclosing and managing their climate risks. The successful candidate will take responsibility for coordinating projects, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The Climate Risk Project Manager will contribute directly to the development of carbon footprints, climate risk assessments, transition plans, and reporting content. They will work closely with consultants and senior leaders to shape and implement carbon reduction strategies for leading organisations across Australia.

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, and client communications.
  • Contribute directly to the delivery of project content (e.g. emissions inventories, climate risk assessments, transition plans, and climate-related disclosures).
  • Facilitate and support climate risk and opportunity workshops.
  • Coordinate task allocation and monitor progress across project team members and external contributors.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored climate and carbon solutions.
