Job Description:

A Resilience Strategist plays a crucial role in strengthening an organisation’s operational resilience through effective business continuity planning and risk management.

The key responsibilities include supporting the organisation’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, identifying critical business processes, assessing potential disruptions, and contributing to continuity strategies and recovery plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 2+ years’ experience in business continuity, operational risk, or related disciplines, as well as a strong understanding of RACMs, GRC systems, and risk/control frameworks. You should also have experience conducting BIAs and developing BCPs.
