- Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Developing and maintaining a structured monthly call cycle, supported by CRM usage
- Executing marketing initiatives and tailored activations in line with brand guidelines
- Driving premium wine placement in key venues that can champion the brand
- Meeting commercial KPIs across volume, margin, and premium mix
- Providing regular sales reporting, customer feedback, and competitive intel
- Contributing to sales forecasting and strategic business planning
