- 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management (B2B SaaS or adjacent).

- Excellent brand and marketing fluency, with a deep understanding of why brand matters and how to measure its impact.
- Proficiency in data analysis and product management, with the ability to guide conversations around dashboard insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage executive, user, and technical audiences.
