We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team of dedicated nurses. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to the delivery of high-quality aged care services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that take into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Provide hands-on nursing care that promotes the physical, emotional and social well-being of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective management of resident medications.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our care programs and services.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
