About the Role:
  • We provide holistic care that enriches the daily lives of over 10,000 residents and clients across residential aged care homes, home care, retirement living, day therapy and day respite centres.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for providing proactive care that keeps a nurturing eye on each resident's condition.
  • Manage care plans to support residents' needs. You will deliver respectful, tailored support that empowers their choices and independence.
  • Ensure safe medication administration and accurately document medication plans, interventions and progress notes.
Key Qualifications:
  • A passion for caring for others to deliver personalised care that supports residents and meets their needs.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) is required.
  • AHPRA registration (Nursing) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes would be beneficial.
  • Experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals or community care settings is preferred.
  • Achieving accurate reporting and documentation management is crucial.
  • Leading, supervising and delegating tasks to PCA/AINs effectively is necessary.
