The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Our continuity of carer model means you will have the time to build strong relationships with your residents, providing them with the care and support they deserve.

What Your Care Looks Like
  • You will keep a watchful eye on each resident's condition, and provide proactive care that enhances their daily life.
  • Develop and manage care plans that meet the holistic needs of your residents. You will provide supportive and tailored care that empowers their choices and independence.
  • Ensure safe medication administration and accurately document medication plans, interventions, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • A true passion for delivering person-centred care that supports the needs of others.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA).
  • Experience in aged care or a related field would be highly regarded.
  • An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management.
  • The ability to lead and effectively supervise other staff members.
