Your Role

You will work closely with each resident to understand their unique circumstances and provide tailored support to enhance their daily life. This includes managing care plans that address their holistic needs, providing respectful and empathetic care that empowers their independence, and ensuring safe medication practices. You will also be responsible for documenting progress notes and interventions.

What We Are Looking For

A genuine passion for caring for others, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) is essential, as well as current registration with AHPRA. Experience working with the AN-ACC funding system would be beneficial, but not necessary. Previous experience in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings is also highly valued. We are seeking individuals who can lead by example, effectively supervise and delegate tasks to our PCA/AINs, and contribute to a positive team culture.
