">What You'll Do
  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Manage resident care plans, providing proactive support that enriches their daily lives.
  • Ensure safe medication administration and accurate documentation of medication plans, interventions, and progress notes.
You'll Need:
  • A genuine passion for caring for others, delivering personalized holistic care that supports residents' autonomy.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and residents.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent), demonstrating your expertise in nursing principles and practices.
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing), verifying your professional qualifications.
  • The ability to quickly grasp our AN-ACC funding system attributes (experience with this system is beneficial).
  • Experience providing nursing services in various settings, including aged care, hospitals, or community care.
  • An appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management.
  • The capacity to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively to PCA/AINs.
