Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care that meets the unique needs of each resident. This includes assessing their condition, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' conditions to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications accurately and safely, and document all medication-related activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of service.
- A current Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience working in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings is highly desirable.
