We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Holistic Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Day Surgery unit, you will play a vital role in providing safe and holistic care to individuals undergoing a range of procedures.

With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary theatre team to deliver exceptional care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective care to patients undergoing various procedures in the Day Procedure Unit.
  • Apply best clinical practice and ensure a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the theatre team to deliver person-centred care and promote positive patient experiences.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in Day Surgery/DOSA is essential.
  • Hold a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent and be registered with AHPRA.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including varying shifts and occasional weekend work.
