
Senior Brand Development Manager

This is a key role that will be responsible for strengthening our brand's reputation as a leader in design, craftsmanship and high-end homewares.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining a brand strategy that aligns with business objectives. They will ensure the brand voice, tone and visual identity are consistent across all platforms and communications.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ideating and executing marketing campaigns, activations and seasonal content aligned with brand objectives. They will also plan and manage new product launches from concept through to execution.
The Brand Partnerships Specialist will identify and assist in securing and managing brand collaborations, media partnerships and influencer collaborations that align with the brand positioning.
Key responsibilities include negotiating and delivering partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term brand affinity.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with industry leaders and aligned design partners. They will attend events on behalf of the company, representing the brand and strengthening industry connections.
The Brand Partnerships Specialist will oversee partnership requests, ensuring all approved requests align with the brand tone and positioning.
They will lead and oversee photoshoots, campaign content and creative direction to ensure the brand's aesthetic and tone are consistently reflected.
The successful applicant will work closely with the in-house graphic designer to build out content assets that align with brand direction and desired outcomes.
They will manage and oversee paid advertising activity in collaboration with external agencies.
Ensuring campaigns remain profitable and aligned with business objectives is crucial.
The Brand Partnerships Specialist will monitor performance metrics, ROI, and customer acquisition costs to optimise ad spend.
They will provide creative input on ad concepts, ensuring alignment with the brand positioning.
The successful candidate will understand digital advertising trends, particularly within luxury, interior design and lifestyle sectors.
They will coordinate PR activity, including writing and distributing press statements.
Developing relationships with journalists, editors and media outlets across interiors, design, lifestyle, and architecture sectors is essential.
The Brand Partnerships Specialist will proactively pitch story opportunities, ensuring regular, high-quality brand exposure.
They will oversee media requests, ensuring all communications align with the brand tone and positioning.
Key skills and qualifications required for this role include proven experience in a brand or marketing manager role ideally within the design, interiors, architecture, or high-end homewares/lifestyle sectors.
A strong understanding of luxury and design-conscious audiences is necessary.
Experience managing photoshoots, directing creative content and social media campaigns is important.
The successful candidate should have experience working with agencies to manage paid ads, with a strong grasp of ROI and performance metrics.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to write and present clearly, persuasively and in a brand's tone are essential.
A creative thinker with strong commercial acumen and project management skills is required.
