Lead & Reinvigorate Two Consumer Loved Wellness & Beauty Brands

Brauer and Skin Physics are two of Australia's trusted names in natural health and science-led skincare. As part of the Nuchev portfolio, these brands are scaling across pharmacy, grocery, and eCommerce, backed by strong consumer demand and an ambitious communications and product pipeline.

We're seeking a Senior Brand Manager with proven FMCG, supplements, or beauty experience to take ownership of brand strategy, digital campaigns, NPD, and co-op retail marketing. This is a hands-on, commercial role with high visibility across the business.

What You'll Do

● Develop and execute annual brand plans for Brauer (vitamins & natural health) and Skin Physics (prestige skincare).

● Lead digital & social campaigns across paid search, paid social, influencer programs, and eCommerce.

● Drive NPD from concept through to launch, ensuring compliance, consumer fit, and commercial success.

● Manage co-op and promotional activity with key pharmacy and grocery retailers.

● Partner with sales, NPD, and agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns in market.

● Report on brand performance (sales, share, engagement) and identify opportunities to optimise.

What We're Looking For

● Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Brand Manager (or equivalent).

● 8+ years' marketing experience in FMCG, supplements, or skincare/beauty.

● Proven success in pharmacy and grocery channels.

● Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel advertising.

● Track record of managing co-op budgets and delivering retail promotions.

● End-to-end NPD experience across product lifecycle.

● Familiarity with TGA compliance (supplements) and claims standards (beauty).

● Strong commercial acumen, project management, and agency management skills.
