Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the transformation and relaunch of our venues, turning good spaces into great ones.

You will manage projects from start to finish, developing compelling brand strategies backed by customer insights, competitive analysis, and financial targets.

Beyond venue transformations, you will lend your expertise to exciting brand initiatives such as new acquisitions, beverage brand campaigns, PR activity, and other strategic cross-department projects.

  1. Lead the full lifecycle of venue transformations, from market research to relaunch and beyond.
  2. Develop business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  3. Create and execute marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams.
  4. Monitor post-launch performance and implement tactics to maintain or boost revenue.
  5. Support other brand projects across PR, acquisitions, and product launches.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years' senior experience in hospitality marketing, with a proven track record in brand development and scalable concepts.
  2. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and make decisions that drive growth.
  3. Experience managing cross-functional projects from concept to delivery, on time and on budget.
  4. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  5. Technical marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand storytelling, and working with designers.
  6. Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing (or equivalent experience).
