About the Role

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth for Le Tan and leading a small team that focuses on Skincare. Ensuring the brand's market success through strategic brand & marketing initiatives, effective budget management, team leadership, and collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.

Develop compelling brand presentations and marketing materials for brand partnership & collaboration pitching opportunities.

Co-lead the NPD process with the Product team from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market needs

Develop and manage the annual brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Who you are

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in brand management,

Proven experience within the FMCG, Health & Beauty, Retail industry, Sun Care highly desirable

Proven track record of successfully managing marketing budgets and delivering high-ROI campaigns.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
