Brand Strategy and Event Development

This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing cohesive brand strategies across various events. The role focuses on driving long-term growth, building a consistent, impactful brand presence locally and globally, and ensuring all branding initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives.

The Brand Manager will work to create comprehensive 5-year brand strategy roadmaps that outline the unique role and positioning of each event brand within the Tennis Australia ecosystem. They will also translate strategic thinking into compelling brand frameworks, including narrative development, tone of voice, and identity principles for each event.

The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute integrated marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. By leveraging market insights and audience data, the Strategic Brand Manager ensures that all events are positioned as premier sports and entertainment experiences, driving engagement, loyalty, and commercial outcomes.
