About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive brand management and positioning strategies across major retailers. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead brand experience and oversee key responsibilities including brand strength maintenance, growth through new audiences, media planning, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Leadership: Drive brand management and positioning strategies to deepen consumer engagement and loyalty.
  • Retail Experience: Lead brand experience across Coles and Woolworths, maintaining brand strength with existing consumer bases while driving growth through new audiences.
  • Media Planning: Deliver media planning and activation strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, driving results through innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.

About You:

  • Proven Track Record: Proven FMCG Marketing Manager with experience leading and developing a team, managing end-to-end portfolios, and delivering commercial acumen and results-driven mindsets.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset, track record of success in cost-conscious brand renovation.
  • Leadership Style: Passion for the food manufacturing sector and a collaborative authentic leadership style, responsible for leading brand management and brand experience across Coles and Woolworths.
