About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing bespoke training programs, courses, and events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering projects, programs, and initiatives to support workforce development;
- Providing professional development opportunities, coaching, mentoring, and job shadowing;
- Managing the Learning Management System, including content creation, online compliance modules, and regular reports;
- Coordinating surveys and analysis, action plans, and workshops for stakeholders;
- Supporting performance development agreements and managing procurement processes.
The ideal candidate will have effective project management, communication, and partnership-building skills, with the ability to work closely with Senior Leaders and Directors to drive organisational excellence and enhance employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
