We are seeking a Business Development Manager to shape our business connections and partnerships, delivering real value at scale.
About the Role
The Growth and Partnerships team drives high volume, low-cost member acquisition through strategic employer relationships and software channels.
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and secure growth opportunities, drawing on deep knowledge of our product suite to articulate value, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and foster high-quality relationships across your portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and retain a national portfolio
- Implement and manage the onboarding process for new clients
- Contribute to and interpret reporting, analysis, and sales insights
- Represent us at relevant industry events
- Identify referral opportunities for the Business Development team and collaborate to improve referral quality
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking scalable and excellent service opportunities
- Build and maintain strong industry-specific and technical knowledge
