A strategic and ambitious professional is required to fill the role of Customer Growth Specialist. This position involves driving business growth by delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients.
With a leading property management platform, we are seeking an individual who can grow and retain a portfolio of customers through increased feature adoption and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage customer relationships to drive product adoption and upsell opportunities
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to business owners and their teams
- Analyse usage and engagement data to surface trends and deliver value
- Report customer feedback and insights to inform product development
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and stay informed about industry trends
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management or business development (PropTech/SaaS or real estate a strong advantage)
- A passion for technology and its impact on business success
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and adapt across stakeholders
- A self-starter mentality with strong initiative and commercial acumen
- Data-literate and comfortable using insights to make informed decisions
- A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help clients succeed
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
