Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Loan Specialist to join our team. As a Home Loan Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers with their home lending needs, providing expert advice, and guiding them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and video chat
  • Utilize our industry-leading platform to streamline the loan application process and provide customers with a seamless experience
  • Field pre-qualified customer appointments and submit deals to our in-house client solutions team for processing
  • Work collaboratively with our sales associates to book appointments and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in broking or lending, or a related financial services role
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • High level of drive, motivation, and integrity, with a desire to help Australians achieve their home ownership dreams
