Corporate Restructuring Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a corporate restructuring specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients facing business challenges.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate insolvency matters and advisory transactions, developing your skills and expertise in financial analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
You will also have the chance to lead investigations and legal engagements, prepare reports for external stakeholders, and manage business operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insolvency, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work closely with senior team members and clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can make a significant contribution to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
- Lead investigations and legal engagements
- Prepare reports for external stakeholders
- Manage business operations
- Degree qualified and CA / CPA qualified (or nearing qualification)
- 3+ years' experience in insolvency in Australia
- Sound insolvency technical knowledge
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience supervising staff
- Ability to diagnose and problem solve to develop options or solutions for clients
- Exposure to informal turnaround or restructuring engagements
- Prior insolvency experience across a range of formal corporate appointments
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- An ability to work closely with senior team members and clients
