Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor

Wexted is a leading independent restructuring firm that assists clients facing business challenges or complex transactions. As a Business Restructuring Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- You will lead investigations and legal engagements, preparing reports to external stakeholders.
- You will have exposure to a wide range of corporate insolvency matters and advisory transaction roles.
- You will manage staff and contribute to the development of an office, with opportunities for fast progression.
This role offers significant network and business development opportunities, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in insolvency in Australia.
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency laws and practices.
- Proficient presentation and communication skills.
- Experience managing staff.
- Ability to diagnose and problem solve to develop options or solutions for clients.
- Exposure to informal turnaround or restructuring engagements.
- Prior insolvency experience across a range of formal corporate appointments.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- An ability to work closely with senior team members and clients.
