Job Description:

The Referral Management team is responsible for processing referrals, scheduling appointments and responding to consumer enquiries from patients, referrers and stakeholders.

This role provides patients and visitors with assistance over the phone as first point of contact; communicates effectively with patients, families and providers; processes referrals, schedules appointments and completes tasks to support daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is necessary, as well as intermediate computer skills.
