Referral Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive referral partnerships across various channels, connecting customers with expanding health services.
The successful candidate will be accountable for sales growth and building strong relationships with partners, practice managers, and regional managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement referral strategies that deliver sales growth.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with referral partners.
- Manage referral targets and performance to achieve growth and engagement.
- Design and manage referral initiatives and partner programs.
- Develop and implement referral processes to support frontline teams.
- Implement incentive programs to drive referrals and strengthen partner engagement.
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities through regular reporting and insights.
Requirements:
- A degree qualification or business qualifications are desired.
- Experience in relationship management within the healthcare sector is essential.
- Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Demonstrated success in B2B/B2C sales/relationship management is necessary.
