We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the management of incoming referrals, patient enquiries, patient portal registrations, and appointment bookings for Specialist Clinics. This role involves supervising all related systems and processes to ensure key performance indicators are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and ensuring smooth operations. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, clinicians, patients, and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming referrals, patient enquiries, patient portal registrations, and appointment bookings.
  • Supervise and train administration staff.
  • Ensure smooth operations and effective communications between staff, clinicians, patients, and their families.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field or relevant industry experience with a minimum 2-3 years' experience.
  • Understanding of medical terminology.
  • Previous supervisory experience across a broad team.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency including MS Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel (foundational).
