Referral Partnerships Manager

The Opportunity:

The Referral Partnership Manager role manages the internal and external referral partnerships in the Domestic Retail Portfolio partnerships program. There is direct accountability to drive sales growth results across all channels & lead on ground relationships – e.g. One Bupa Referral Program, Members First Providers & others as directed by Senior Manager Customer Connections. The role is also responsible for implementation of the program of work & ongoing support to the wider program/s. 
 

This exciting role will have autonomy in the execution of agreed priorities, including decision making. The occupant of this role will be expected to operate independently and collaboratively with direct accountability for the delivery of customer outcomes and ongoing relationship with partners. 
 

What You'll Be Doing

Here's what you can look forward to in this role:
 

• Manage and maintain referral targets and thus achieve growth targets around referrals.
• Implement & manage referral relationships with referral partners, including the One Bupa Referral Program, Members First Referral Program, and other external referral relationships as advised.
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with partners which influence engagement and growth.
• Program implementation across One Bupa Referral Program, and other referral relationships.
• Implement and maintain communication plan for the program of work.
• Execution of Bupa referral initiatives & marketing campaigns with all relevant Bupa Businesses/External partnerships.
• Development and management of referral process, utilizing data insights, customer feedback to frame and deliver continuous improvement opportunities around the program.
• Ensure that the technical referral tools are kept up to date and frontline teams follow due processes – this includes all referral tools.
• Ongoing engagement of key people within the internal/external stakeholders who can support the program of work. Accountable for owning key relationships with partners.

To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
 

• Degree qualified or appropriate business qualifications (desired)
• Relationship management experience across heath care sector – I.e. Health insurance, dental, optical
• High computer literacy and intermediate experience in Microsoft office suite.
• Strong experience in B2B and/or B2C sales/relationship management with a demonstrated knowledge of market triggers affecting the business.
• Demonstrated success in relationship management and driving growth outcomes with external partners.
• Ability to make highly successful presentations to audiences of various sizes and to various senior positions.
• Demonstrated record of successfully driving worksite-marketing sales plans
• Previous work experience in Health/Service-related industry - sales, business development, customer service or management.
• Job candidates should have demonstrated abilities to exceed target revenue goals, provide excellent customer service, build long-term relationships, and work in a team-oriented environment.
