Drive Growth and Innovation as Our Acquisition Marketing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our client's high-performing team for a 12-month maternity leave cover. As a key member of our Sydney-based team, you will collaborate with a dedicated group of professionals to empower SMBs, accountants, and bookkeepers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end campaigns that drive subscription growth and expansion.
  • Design and implement innovative strategies to reach new customers and boost conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across social media, search, display, and video channels.
  • Oversee language localisation for campaign activities to ensure global reach.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise for better ROI and conversions.
  • Understand the full customer journey and its impact on marketing outcomes.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth/acquisition.
  • Experience in the B2B landscape – and preferred experience in subscription-based models.
  • Proven success in a multi-channel marketing environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment committed to continuous improvement.
