About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic SEO Director to join our vibrant Enterprise team at Online Marketing Gurus. As an integral part of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our Enterprise SEO practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage high-value Enterprise SEO clients, developing tailored strategies to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Utilize data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for success and provide clear recommendations with supporting documentation.
  • Maintain open communication with clients through regular meetings and email updates, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving SEO techniques and algorithm changes, applying this knowledge to optimize results for clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider Enterprise SEO team, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Support the growth and training of junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

About You

  • You possess over three years of experience in fundamental SEO, with a strong understanding of Google Sheets and basic formulas.
  • You are a proactive and organized individual, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results.
  • You excel in communication and presentation skills, able to effectively convey complex ideas to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • You thrive in a hybrid work environment, comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
