Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for enhancing the profile, reputation, and brand of the firm, as well as providing strategic advice to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance the firm's profile and reputation.
  • Manage and nurture media relationships to promote the firm's brand.
  • Draft and advise on strategic executive communications to cascade firm and regional positioning and messages.
  • Identify and manage communications opportunities aligned with the firm's strategy.
  • Provide strategic advice to key stakeholders on communications and marketing matters.

Requirements

  • Professional services communications and marketing generalist with a strong background in marketing and communications.
  • Comfortable advising and influencing partners and senior business development professionals.
  • Knowledge of the relevant Australian media landscape.
  • Able to straddle strategic and tactical work as required.
  • Proven success in developing and managing campaigns.
  • Cohesive, collaborative, and open-minded approach.
