Job Title: Senior Strategic Operations Manager

Job Description

This is a challenging leadership role that involves managing multiple aligned programs to achieve targeted outcomes and benefits. As a senior strategic operations manager, you will be responsible for defining and managing integrated program delivery plans, including benefits maps, profiles, strategies, risk management, delivery plans, benefits realization, stakeholder engagement, communication, and assurance plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain integrated program delivery plans and baselines, tracking actual progress and costs, and forecasting future progress and expenditure.
  • Establish effective governance arrangements for projects and initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
  • Drive overall performance of the program and projects, including stakeholder management, risk and issue management, and benefits realization.
  • Promote continuous improvement and education among key stakeholders to foster a learning organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex programs in challenging environments.
  • Demonstrable experience managing geographically diverse teams.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in leading large, diverse teams in mission-critical delivery environments, managing contractors and delivery partners to achieve program outcomes, and delivering programs in leadership roles.
