A leading nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation is seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Manager to support strategic growth and expansion.

About the Role
  • Manage comprehensive RTO operations across multiple departments, driving business efficiency and excellence.
  • Maintain compliance standards and contract obligations, ensuring a strong regulatory framework.
  • Oversee training delivery quality, continuous improvement programs, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead team development, foster a high-performance culture, and drive business results.

  • Collaborate on financial performance with senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), demonstrating expertise in education and training.
  • Senior management experience within an RTO environment, showcasing operational acumen.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compliance regulations and funding contracts, ensuring seamless management.
  • Demonstrated operational management across training, compliance, finance, and HR functions, highlighting adaptability and resilience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
