Job Title:

Strategic Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex requests from senior executives, ensuring resolution and a successful outcome.
  • Represent HR Business Intelligence in internal and external meetings to achieve organisational outcomes.
  • Coordinate responses to correspondence, briefs, reports, submissions, and ministerial requirements.
  • Lead staff and administrative aspects of the office, implementing efficient processes to support operations.
  • Provide executive-level advice and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
