The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and fostering a culture of operational excellence, financial sustainability, and inclusivity.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead and manage a diverse team, promoting collaboration and professional development
  • Ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including community leaders and government agencies

Essential qualifications

  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably in the community legal sector
  • Strong knowledge of the community legal assistance sector and its challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Financial management skills, including budget forecasting and development
