Commercial Pricing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Pricing Lead to spearhead our pricing strategy and drive business outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-year strategic pricing plans that align with our financial targets.

About the Role:
  • A minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in a commercial or product role, preferably in digital performance and listings models
  • Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools
  • Proven track record in delivering commercial business outcomes through effective pricing strategies and analytics
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills

As a seasoned Commercial Pricing Lead, you will have a deep understanding of commercial acumen and the ability to articulate complex pricing mechanics clearly and simply. You will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze complex data from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic pricing plans that achieve our financial targets
  • Provide recommendations and analysis on short-term tactical product and pricing initiatives
  • Mentor and coach team members to drive a high-performance culture
