This position plays a pivotal role in integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations into our Systematic equities portfolios. The focus lies on corporate engagement, ESG research, proxy voting, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance long-term value for clients.
The ideal candidate will engage directly with company management, provide ESG insights via research to inform investment decisions, and effectively communicate our stewardship approach to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the integration of ESG considerations into systematic equities portfolios
- Engage directly with company management on ESG issues
- Contribute ESG insights to investment decisions
- Communicate our stewardship approach to stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in ESG analysis, stewardship, or a related field within asset management or financial services
- A strong understanding of material ESG issues across sectors
- Familiarity with listed equity investing and ESG frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
